When a narrow and tall bamboo screen is wanted in an area with no ground to plant anything, this cedar planter box is a simple solution. The narrow footprint makes it ideal for use around a patio, hot tub, pool, or along a driveway. 

This skillfully handcrafted western red cedar planter box is built with screws for easy dismantlement. If you ever want to root prune your bamboo plants, remove a side for easier access to the root zone. It is tastefully built on top of 4" X 4" cedar posts creating an access cavity above the ground for easy access to trim any rhizomes that may try to sneak out of the drainage holes.

If you want to line this planter with our bamboo rhizome barrier, order 9 feet of it to have enough material to line all of the side walls. Another option is to hide our plain black #25 pot inside of this cedar planter; they fit perfectly.  These cedar planters have a volume of 57 US gallons if filled completely with soil.

It comes already assembled, and stained in a beautiful finish.
